We have introduced the Leave Checker to allow you to see if the content in your projects or library is from a contributor who is no longer with the business.
You can manage this in two ways, manually or through SSO integration.
Manual method
Open an upload preview modal
For Uploads this can be from the Uploads page or the Library
For an edit this is from the Library
Scroll to the contributor section and the bottom right-hand side
Click on the green information icon which will open up the Contributor details
You will see a settings section which has a toggle for Mark as left, toggle this on
This will add an icon to the contributor's avatar (name or photo in the circle next to their name)
SSO Connection
If you have a Seenit SSO integration, we can integrate your company's leavers directly into the platform so the contributors will be automatically updated.
If you want to be a part of our Beta SSO rollout and already have an SSO integration with us that supports SCIM, reach out to your CSM and we can begin the process of enabling this feature
Things to note
It recognises the contributor as the person who uploads the video/image and not the person who is in the image or video
