Use the Real Links integration to award points when people share and engage with Seenit content. Points are earned through Real Links when specific actions happen in Seenit, for example:
when someone views a shared project (uploader link)
uploading to a project
sharing a video
What this feature does
When Real Links is enabled for your workspace, Seenit can send activity events to Real Links. Real Links then awards points based on the rules your organisation has set.
This helps you:
Encourage participation (sharing, uploading, viewing)
Reward the behaviours that matter most
Track engagement through Real Links
How points are earned
Points can be awarded for the actions below. Your admin can enable or disable these and set point values.
View of project (Uploader Link)
Points are awarded when someone views a project that has been linked to Real Links.
“Unique view” means Real Links counts a viewer once. Repeat views from the same person may not award additional points, depending on your Real Links settings.
Upload to a project
Points are awarded when a user uploads content to a project.
Video shared
Points are awarded when a user shares a video that can be seen on Real Links account
Where to see your points
Points are managed and displayed in Real Links.
To view your total points and activity history:
Open Real Links
Go to your points or rewards area

Troubleshooting
I shared something but did not get points
Confirm you shared content that had been linked with Real Links (you'll be able to see all linked content when you log in to your Real Links account)
Points may take a short time to appear in Real Links
Check whether the action is currently eligible for points, as your organisation may only reward certain actions
For “unique view” points, confirm the viewer counted as a unique viewer in Real Links
I got fewer points than expected
Your organisation sets the point values and rules in Real Links
Some actions may only award points once per item, per day, or per unique viewer, depending on Real Links settings
Who can change point values?
Point values and rules are configured by your Real Links admin, or whoever manages rewards and settings.

Does every share earn points?
Only shares for content that has been linked to Real Links, and match the rules your organisation has set, are eligible.
Do views always earn points?
