Overview

See the strategy being analysed, overall recommendations, and top project ideas. Use this view to identify the most important opportunities.

Analysis

Review how your content maps to each strategy element:

  • Coverage: How strongly your content supports the strategy element.

  • Evidence: The themes or examples identified in your videos.

  • Gaps: Areas where your content does not clearly support the strategy.

Gaps may relate to an underrepresented audience, missing topic, channel, employee lifecycle stage, external proof, or measurable business outcome.

Project ideas

Explore recommended video concepts based on the analysis. Ideas can include a suggested story, strategic rationale, and tags. Select Preview idea to decide whether an idea is suitable for your next project.

Turn insight into action

  1. Choose the gap that matters most to your current communications goal.

  2. Select an idea that addresses that gap.

  3. Define the audience, objective, key message, contributors, prompts, channel, call to action, and success measure.

  4. Create the project and invite employees who can speak from direct experience.

  5. Review the finished content against your strategy before publishing.

Use recommendations as decision support, please review all suggestions/projects created by Co-Producer.

Tips for better results

  • Keep strategy statements specific and focused on what you want people to understand, feel, or do.

  • Include the intended audience, such as candidates, new employees, managers, or senior leaders.

  • Review the evidence before acting on a recommendation.

  • Start with one or two high-value gaps instead of trying to address everything at once.

Troubleshooting

The analysis does not reflect our strategy: Review your statements. Make sure they are current, specific, written in plain language, and relevant to the content being analysed.

The recommendations feel too broad: Add the audience, desired outcome, topic, or channel to your strategy statement.

A strategy element has low coverage: Create a focused project with relevant contributors and prompt questions linked directly to the gap.

I cannot find the right strategy type: Choose Generic Strategy Analysis and add your own strategy statements.

The project ideas do not feel relevant: Check your strategy statements and adapt the suggested idea to your organisation’s priorities.
