We recommend inviting people to join your projects from your own email or channels, or wherever you get the most engagement. It also helps to get people together to brief them in person or on a call, where you can explain the purpose of your project and get them to join it there and then.

However, you can use Seenit Studio to send project invites via email. When you are in a project, select the blue button towards the top right that says ‘Invite contributors’. You can invite contributors by either manually inputting their details or uploading a CSV file.

You'll then see an editable template email with download instructions and filming tips, and will automatically add your project ID and download links to Seenit Capture.

Note that you cannot reuse or change this template once you've sent it out, and the email will come from a Seenit domain so you may have to whitelist the domain to ensure it reaches your intended recipients.
