Having trouble getting in to your Seenit account? Don't fret - here are a couple of things that might help:

Signing up to Seenit Studio

You may have a Seenit account, but there are two different platforms that make up Seenit: Seenit Studio (for organisations collecting content), and Seenit Capture (the mobile app for people filming content).

The two platforms feed into each other but are separate. So if you've signed up to one, you will need to sign up to the other to gain access.

Incorrect details

It may be that you're entering the wrong email. Or, you might need to reset your password. To do this, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link just below the Sign In button. Once you've entered your email address, you will get an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if the email hasn't come through. If it isn't there then you may need to whitelist no-reply@seenit.io and click 'Forgotten your password?' again.
