If your internet connection drops during a Live Record session, don’t worry, your footage isn’t lost.
Here’s what to do:
Connection is lost during recording
Your session may pause, but your footage isn’t gone.
Download the recording locally to your machine
A prompt will appear allowing you to save the video file directly to your device.
If the connection returns while the Live Record window is still open
You’ll also have the option to save or upload the recording straight into the project.
💡 Tip: We recommend recording short takes, which are saved after each one. This reduces the risk of losing footage, especially if your connection is unstable.
