If your studio is AI-enabled, AI tags will be automatically assigned to any content received after this feature has been released
Where can I see the AI tags?
On the clip preview modal from the Uploads and Library pages, you can see any AI tags assigned to content, alongside any manually added ones. You can also see AI tags on the Edits page in the Edit Sidebar
What AI tags will be added?
The tags will include the stages of the Employee Experience Journey: Awareness, Reputation, Consideration, Interview Process, Onboarding, Internal Comms, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development and Advocacy.
Can I search for content with AI tags?
Yes, within the Library you will be able to filter content by assigned tags, this includes manual and AI tags.
Can I manually add an AI tag to uploads and edits?
Once AI tags have been assigned automatically to content within your studio, you will then be able to add these AI tags to any other content manually
Why can't I see any AI tags?
There are several potential reasons why:
You may not have Studio AI-enabled
If your uploads were received before this feature went live, they won't have tags on them just yet. We are working on backdating all video uploads for transcripts and tags, please contact your CSM for more details
It can take a few minutes for the content to be analysed and the tags added
Lastly, you may not have content that is being recognised to be classified under any of the employee experience stages
