There are a few benefits to uploading an offline edit:
Allow others to see and use this edit
Generate automatic subtitles and also get automatic subtitle translation to dozes on langauges.
Use the Review feature (Enterprise only) for feedback
To upload an offline edit, create a new edit and select Upload offline edit
