How can I burn subtitles onto my video?
When you have an edit, head to the edit side panel and under the sharing tab choose Download video
On the modal select the check box for burn in subtitles
What do I do if my subtitles have mistakes in?
Download the subtitle file from the sharing tab on the Edits page
Make the updates needed to the file
Go to the subtitles tab
Select Manage subtitles
Choose Manual and upload the amended file
How can I burn in translated subtitles?
Download the translated file from the subtitles tab on the Edits page
On the subtitles tab open Manage subtitles
Select the Manual option and upload the file
Why can't I see the subtitles burnt into the video?
The subtitles need to be available and ready for them to be burnt in
You can check this by going to the subtitles tab on the Edits page, selecting Manage subtitles where you will see if they are still generating or they are live against your edit
